PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia woman was charged with identity theft and fraud for allegedly collecting peoples’ personal information and passing it on to at least two others who opened up credit accounts at area big box retail stores that were used to buy more than $50,000 worth of merchandise, according to federal prosecutors.
