PHOENIX (AP) – A Scottsdale man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after being convicted of identity theft, fraud and forgery. Maricopa County prosecutors say 43-year-old Gary Benard Lee was indicted in December 2008, convicted last December and sentenced last Friday.
