BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) – A 50-year-old Gallatin Gateway woman who pleaded guilty to credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft has been sentenced to almost three years in prison followed by three years probation.

A Gallatin Gateway woman says she’s guilty of credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft. Federal prosecutors say Erin Lee Stewart, 50, was a manager at a Big Sky Resort restaurant in 2007 and 2008. Two employees of the restaurant reported in late 2008 that their identities had been stolen.

A man has admitted in federal court in Missoula to stealing identities and possessing stolen firearms. Salvatore Caccavallo, 57, pleaded guilty Tuesday to wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and possession of stolen firearms. Sentencing is set for April 29. He is currently detained.
